* Scheduling: Clients can secure their preferred date and time for an eshoot with CrystalFusion Studios/ COCO Photo+Films by scheduling online. Availability is limited and is based on a first-come, first-served basis. The client is responsible for ensuring that they book the correct date and time for their shoot.

 * Cancellation/Rescheduling: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule their eshoot, they must notify CrystalFusion Studios/ COCO Photo+Films in writing via email. There will be a fee of $150+HST for the first cancellation/rescheduling. For any subsequent cancellations/reschedulings, the fee will be $250+HST per instance. Clients may cancel or reschedule their eshoot up to a maximum of 3 times.

* Permits: It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for the location they have chosen for their eshoot. CrystalFusion Studios/ COCO Photo+Films will not obtain any permits on behalf of the client.

* Travel: If the location for the eshoot is more than 40 kilometers from Pickering, Ontario, there will be a travel fee of $1.90 per kilometer, one way. This fee is in addition to the eshoot package price and will be calculated based on the total distance travelled.
