• When can we expect to receive our photos/films?

Any digital products may typically take up to 4-6 months from the event date. We have express delivery options available for a fee as well.

• How many photos will I receive from a wedding?

  There is no strict limit. However, you can expect anywhere from 600-900 edited high resolution photos delivered to you via online gallery.

• When can we expect to receive our wedding album?

  The wedding album can take up to 10-12 months from the wedding date. However the average time it has taken is 6 months or less on most occasions.

• How many weddings do you shoot in a year?

  We do anywhere from 20-25 weddings maximum to ensure we get you the products on a timely fashion and each of the weddings gets our utmost care.

• Do you book more than one wedding for the same date and time(double bookings)?

  Absolutely not. We only shoot one wedding at a time to ensure we have given the utmost care to the couple on their special day.

• How long have you been photographing/filming weddings?

I have been photographing weddings professionally since 2009 and filming since 2017.

• Why does your instagram has only close to 2K followers and less content?

Unfortunately I lost my decade original instagram account with 12.5K followers in Nov 2021 due to unforeseen reasons. It was a devastating loss as I lost my loyal followers and contents.

• How does your rescheduling process like if we have to postponed our wedding due to Covid restrictions?

  We will continue to work with you find a new date which both parties are available whilst complying to the protocols and measures instructed as per the Law. If we are not available for your new date, we will refund you all the money except the non-refundable retainer.

• Can you send us links to full wedding coverages?

No. We take utmost care of each and every couples’ privacy serious. We will not be sending you links. However, we are more than happy to showcase our full wedding coverages in person during our meeting.

• What is your payment structure?

  It is 40% retainer at the time of the signing, the next 50% due at least one month prior to the wedding date, the final 10% is due at the time the digital products are ready.
